About Video Visits

Video Visits are available to all established patients experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, and shortness of breath) or other respiratory conditions. Video Visits are conducted by a Kelsey-Seybold Clinic provider who can immediately screen for COVID-19 and, if needed, direct you to the appropriate level of care or provide a care plan, including sending prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice. Video Visits offer the option to conduct a real-time visit with a Kelsey-Seybold provider who can also immediately screen for COVID-19 symptoms and direct you to the appropriate level of care.
