Online Appointment Requests, 24/7 Contact Center, and
After-Hours Nurse Hotline. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic's customer service Contact Center operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which means extra convenience for patients and family members. Patients can call the clinic any time of the day or night to schedule an appointment. Patients can also submit appointment requests via email. After hours, patients can speak to a registered nurse (RN) with any immediate concerns about symptoms or illnesses and obtain direction on the most appropriate setting to receive services.
KelseyCare Member Services. Similar to a concierge in a fine hotel, the KelseyCare Member Services offers personalized assistance. Our Member Services can assist with scheduling appointments and take care of special needs and requests. The Member Services also can help with billing and eligibility questions and provides expert assistance with anything related to accessing care at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic.
Executive Health Experience. For an additional annual fee, Kelsey-Seybold's Executive Health experience offers its clients both preventive care and time-saving peace of mind. Each membership includes a catered meal, an extended consultation with an Executive Health physician, and same-day test results on many medical tests, along with ongoing concierge-level care. Clients enjoy beautiful surroundings at our elegant Mavis and Mary Kelsey Specialty Suite in the Berthelsen Main Campus near the Texas Medical Center or at our Center for Corporate and Executive Health in The Woodlands.
Disease Management. KelseyCare offers disease management programs for renal care, diabetes and prediabetes management, congestive heart failure, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and cholesterol management. KelseyCare also offers the support of our experienced, compassionate disease management nurses and Kelsey-Seybold Hospitalist physicians at the hospital bedside. Our nurses are part of the Kelsey-Seybold medical team and are dedicated to helping members better manage disease for better outcomes. When members are hospitalized, highly skilled Kelsey-Seybold Hospitalist physicians are on-site at partner hospitals to coordinate their hospital care with all treating physicians and organize your care after discharge.
Our care delivery model focuses on improving the health status of individuals enrolled in our KelseyCare plan. Kelsey-Seybold is unique in its ability to integrate patient care, medical management, and value-added services, which positively impact health outcomes, practice efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Comprehensive Provider Network. KelseyCare members may choose their personal primary care physician from a list of Kelsey-Seybold doctors specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics. They can select a different doctor for each member of their family. They also can directly access any Kelsey-Seybold Clinic specialist, including any participating Obstetrician/Gynecologist, without a primary care physician referral. A referral by a Kelsey-Seybold Clinic physician is required for other participating specialists.
KelseyCare partners with premier hospitals in the Texas Medical Center and throughout the Greater Houston area. These include Sugar Land, The Vintage, and The Woodlands; HCA Houston Healthcare – Clear Lake and The Woman's Hospital of Texas; and Texas Children's Hospital.
Cigna Healthcare members have access to the Transplant Network, a network of participating organ and tissue transplant centers. Developed by a team of Cigna Healthcare clinical professionals, the transplant network includes respected hospitals and medical centers throughout the country.
